Welcome to NM Paribas Pvt Ltd (NMP Rapid-Fi) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing to and using our internet services, you (“customer”, “user”, “subscriber”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Usage
Our internet services are provided solely for lawful purposes.
Users shall not use the service for activities prohibited by law (including hacking, phishing, spamming, spreading malware, copyright infringement, or unlawful content distribution).
Service may be monitored as per Government of India regulations.
2. Service Availability & Limitations
We strive to provide continuous and uninterrupted internet connectivity. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control (power outages, fiber cuts, natural disasters, etc.).
All plans are unlimited data plans, however speed and performance may vary depending on network conditions.
OTT bundles (like Watcho, OTT Play, etc.) offered with our plans are subject to third-party terms and availability.
3. Installation & Equipment
Installation charges (if applicable) will be communicated before service activation.
The router/ONT provided is the property of NMP and must be returned in good condition upon service disconnection. Failure to return may result in recovery charges.
Customers must ensure the safe and lawful use of the equipment.
4. Billing & Payment
All services are prepaid only. The customer must pay in advance for the selected plan duration (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Non-renewal of the plan before expiry will result in suspension of service.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company is unable to provide connection at the customer’s location (100% refund).
5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Although plans are “unlimited data”, the Company reserves the right to apply a Fair Usage Policy to ensure equal bandwidth distribution among users.
Excessive usage affecting network performance may result in speed management or temporary restrictions.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing their devices and Wi-Fi networks against unauthorized access.
Customers must not resell, share, or redistribute internet services for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
Any misuse leading to legal issues will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Privacy & Data
We respect customer privacy and comply with applicable Indian laws.
Customer information may be shared only with authorized government agencies as per legal requirements.
We may use anonymized data for analytics, service improvements, and marketing.
8. Termination & Refunds
Customers may discontinue service at the end of their prepaid cycle by giving prior notice.
A 100% refund will be issued only if NMP is unable to provide service at the requested location.
No refunds will be given for mid-cycle cancellations or non-usage.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, business, or revenue due to service interruptions.
- Downtime caused by reasons beyond our control (fiber cuts, power outages, force majeure).
- Damages from third-party OTT applications, websites, or content accessed via our service.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the current billing cycle.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert Your City/State].
11. Updates to Terms
NMP may update these Terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified through email, WhatsApp, or updates on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
